LASER DERMATOLOGY
- MELA (LIPOLISIS LASER) Laser lipolysis is a minimally invasive cosmetic surgery designed to remove excess body fat. It consists of using a laser cannula to quickly dissolve excess fat located in various regions (thighs, abdomen, arms, neck, flanks, etc.). It is performed on an outpatient basis with local anesthesia and minimal incisions and the procedure lasts approximately 2 hours. The recovery is practically immediate. Lymphatic drainage will continue to obtain the best results. It requires a single session.
- ENDOLIFTING (LIFTING QUIRÚRGICO) Minimally invasive surgical treatment that generates a "lifting effect" on the face and neck. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and through micro-incisions the laser fiber is entered under the skin in the areas to be treated. If necessary, localized fatty tissue can be extracted. Results: modeling of the facial contour and tightening of the face and neck (lifting effect). Duration: 2 hours approx. One session. Definitive results after 2 or 3 months.
- ENDOTIGHTENING It is a technique similar to tightsculpting where only the tightening of an area is sought and not the elimination of adiposity. A micro-incision is made and the sagging skin is tightened from the inside with the laser cannula in one session. Duration: approximately 1: 30hs.
- ACTIVE ACNE Fotona's laser treatment reduces acne through photoselective absorption and controlled heating. Fotona's high-powered Nd:YAG laser safely penetrates the skin to an optimal treatment depth to thermally and selectively destroy overactive sebaceous glands. In addition to its thermal penetrating effects, Nd:YAG acne laser treatment also speeds up the healing process and stimulates collagen remodeling, an important step in the long-term treatment of acne.
- ACNE SCARS To improve the appearance of acne scars, Fotona offers an adjunctive laser treatment based on a precise and gentle skin resurfacing procedure in which the upper micro layers of the skin absorb an Er:YAG laser beam to vaporize acne scar tissue and stimulate the production of new collagen in the dermis.
